Children ages 12 and under stay free. Adults and teens stay for an additional $15 per night. Cots and cribs available upon request (may incur additional fee). Deposit Policy An advance payment of one night's lodging per room reserved is required to confirm all reservations. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice receive a refund of deposit less a $20 administrative fee per room reserved. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the entire deposit. (48 hours notice is considered to be by 2 p.m., two days prior to scheduled arrival.)
